The National Disability Insurance Scheme Innovative Community Participation (ICP) initiative is a program designed to support people with disabilities to participate more actively in their local communities.
At EVERGREEN CARE SERVICES, we provide our clients with NDIS innovative community participation services to support or help them develop and implement innovative projects that promote social inclusion, enhance skills development, and increase community participation.
Our team encourages participants to take part in things like community events, volunteering opportunities, and skills workshops.
